The Purpose:
We are currently seeking a print operator who specializes in dye sublimation. The print Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used in the process, ensuring quality control, and managing workflow to meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
Heat Press:
Monti Select proper fabrics for each project, load fabric and paper as needed. Reap and inspect all transferred fabrics for flaws. Complete proofs and delivery sheets for each project for department manager to sign. Maintain Heat Press per list in room / check off when finished. Help keep room and work area clean at all times. Print Operator’s responsibilities
Operate Printers:
MS 4320 and Caldara Rip Verify proofs & due dates and sizes via computer system Check for spot color match Load file from server for ripping, double check color and seam location if needed Load paper and Ink as needed, manage ordering and inventory processes for supplies Complete proofs and cover sheets for each project for department manager to sign. Maintain printers per list in room
The Person:
Previous experience with Dye Sublimation and Caldara required The right candidate will possess the following skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, strong organizational techniques, and a good work ethic. High school diploma. Some experience with large format printing and print transfers. Computer literate, technically savvy Willing to work overtime, including Holidays.
