The role requires a combination of technical skills and creativity to ensure accurate and visually appealing prints. Duties Operate and monitor printing machinery such as presses, CNC machines, and other equipment Set up printing jobs including prepress tasks, color management, and quality control checks Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot issues that arise during the printing process Collaborate with the design team to ensure print specifications are met Inspect final prints for quality and accuracy before distribution Skills Proficiency in operating printing machinery and equipment Knowledge of prepress procedures and color management techniques Experience with screen printing, machining, and fabricating materials Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks Background in graphic design is a plus
