The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years prior screen printing.
• Advanced knowledge with the setup and breakdown of screens, squeegees, reclaiming screens, ink relocation
• Load and set up multi-color jobs
• experience with standard inks, poly/low cure inks, discharge, water base, UV inks preferred Ability to pick up new knowledge and skills quickly Production task experience including but not limited to mixing ink colors, finishing printed jobs, troubleshooting on press, etc.
• high attention to detail
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Maintain a clean & safe work environment
• Ability to follow written work order instructions/notes
• Strong time management skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation daily

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift
• The employee frequently is required to walk, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and stoop
