• Flexographic Printing Job summary: Shamrock Labels is seeking a full-time experienced Printing Press Team Lead (Flexographic) for our O’Fallon, Missouri location.

1st and 3rd Shift Available!

Job Functions:

Supervise and direct the activities of shift team members. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Maintain a productive work environment, engaging the employees and work teams, providing resources, setting priorities and monitoring progress Setup, operate, monitor, and maintain printing press Monitor the quality of printed materials, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to address any defects or inconsistencies. Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols, conducting regular safety training and audits to maintain a safe working environment. Communicate with all levels of the organization on key issues Achieve standards for output, waste, and quality inspection as necessary Accurately complete documents at press, quality inspection signoffs on order Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in flexographic printing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting flexographic printing presses, understanding of pre-press and post-press processes. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be able and willing to train on 1st or 2nd shift.

8-hour shift + overtime 1st Shift

• Mon-Fri 7:00
• 2:30pm 2nd Shift
• Mon-Fri | 2:00
• 10:30pm 3rd Shift
• Sun-Thur | 10:00pm
• 6:00am Immediate PTO accrual
