The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of printing processes and be adept at operating sheetfed press equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining efficiency and safety within the work environment. Ability to perform maintenance is a must. Duties Operate and maintain printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production run to ensure adherence to specifications. Collaborate with the prepress team to prepare layouts and ensure proper color management. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for layout design and graphic adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in training new staff on press operation and safety procedures. Experience Proven experience in operating printing presses is required. Familiarity with prepress processes and quality control measures is essential. Knowledge of color management principles are a must. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
