We are only looking for experienced Offset Printing Machine Operators and the pay for this direct hire opportunity is $24-$33/

HR Key Responsibilities:

Operating the

Press:

Setting up, adjusting, and running offset printing presses to print on various paper types and weights according to customer specifications.

Quality Control:

Monitoring the printing process to ensure the desired quality standards are maintained, including color accuracy, registration, and print consistency.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Performing routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on the press, and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.

Material Management:

Loading paper and ink into the press, maintaining and tracking inventory, and ensuring that materials meet specifications.

Collaboration:

Working closely with prepress, finishing, and other teams to ensure a seamless workflow and timely project completion.
