Screen Print Operator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 114 Portwatch Way Ste 107, Wilmington, NC 28412 SeaSide Silk Screening is growing and we are looking fora full-time Automatic Screen Print Operator to join our Print Production team. We have a great work environment with progressive new techniques/equipment and lots of growth opportunities.
Including:
(4) M&R Full Size Automatic Presses and a Mini Automatic, an M&R Uni-Kote, a D outhitt Computer-To-Screen and ShopWorks Onsite Production Automation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Press set up and take down Operate automatic and manual presses in a fast paced environment Maintain consistency and quality with strong attention for order details Ability to print with quality and consistency The ideal experienced candidate for this position will possess the following skills/experience: Two years experience as a screen printer Minimum (1) year experience on an automatic press operator Prior experience as lead screen printer or other commensurate leadership roles a plus Team orientation, sense of humor and a positive outlook a huge plus! Ability to train/develop apprentice team members desirable Demonstrated track record of consistent employment Pay is commensurate with experience and skills…..we pay well and will most likely will exceed your expectation with wage and bonus if your have the trade and/or leadership skills that warrant it.
