Press Operator
Newfields, NH
Jun 13, 2025 Are you a hard worker with a background in a manufacturing environment? Are you interested in joining a close-knit team at an established local manufacturer? If so, Masis Staffing Solutions has the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently hiring for Press Operators for a local manufacturing companies based out of Newfields, NH! All positions are 1st shift opportunities, with pay ranges from $17 – 25 an hour based on experience!
What Press Operator will do:
Read spec sheets to determine screen sequence Press Operator will Set up/Line up screens and register them properly Use proper squeegees/flood bars for each print job
Press Operator will Add correct inks
Fill out approval check list accurately
Press Operator will breakdown, remove screens, scrape screens
Press Clean-up
Safely and properly operate control box
Load shirts on the press accurately for specified placement
Press Operator will monitor shirts being unloaded by the Press Assistant for quality Make sure print is consistent throughout print run
Press Operator will troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout print run
Make necessary adjustments
Press Operator will make sure press crew is achieving daily numbers while maintaining quality
Press operator requirements:
Press Operator must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs Have High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent
Press Operator must able to read/understand English
Press Operator must be able to pay attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Press Operator must be open to assisting on production floor if necessary (Cross Training) Compensation for
Press Operators Salary:
$17.00- $25.00
Hours:
