The ideal candidate would have printing experience but we are willing to train. This role requires ability to trouble shoot screen printing process, manage paperwork flow, and work with a small group. We offer a 4 day (M-TH) work week. So every week is a long weekend. Responsibilities Operate screen printing equipment with team member . Keep daily records of Jobs and details. Set up and breakdown of multicolor jobs. Help in screen room (Reclaim,Screen library, coat, tape and prep) Occasionally Mix PMS inks per formulas using scale Occasionally attend “live print” events in local markets Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to maintain quality standards. Experience Automatic press preferred but will train. Microsoft excel basics Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
