Needed Pay:

$25/hr We’re looking for an experienced Print Press Operator to join our fast-paced, high-quality production environment. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and passionate about printing, this is the job for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate flexographic printing press per work orders and tech cards Verify correct inks, plates, tools, and materials before running jobs Monitor print quality, registration, and ink levels; perform roll splicing Troubleshoot press issues and update technical cards as needed Maintain a clean press area and follow all safety and GMP procedures

Job Requirements:

1+ year of print press operation experience (required) Experience in Digital, Flexo, or Screen Printing is ideal; open to Offset and Large Format printing backgrounds Basic math skills and ability to use ruler and calculator Comfortable using hand tools and performing mechanical tasks Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

Physical Requirements:
