Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Printing Press Designer & Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in both graphic design and press machine operation . This dual-role position requires a strong eye for design, technical knowledge of printing equipment, and the ability to deliver high-quality printed materials on time. The candidate will be responsible for designing print-ready files and operating the printing machines to meet production goals and maintain our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and prepare print-ready artwork using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Operate and maintain various types of printing presses (digital, offset, etc.). Set up, adjust, and calibrate press equipment based on job specifications. Monitor print jobs to ensure design accuracy, color consistency, and high-quality output. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure performance and longevity. Collaborate with the prepress and production teams to ensure all jobs are delivered on time. Troubleshoot technical and printing issues as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in both graphic design and printing press operation . Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color management . Familiarity with prepress preparation and file formatting standards. Knowledge of screen printing , CNC machinery , or forklift operation is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
