Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Offset Pressman located in Macedon, NY. The Offset Pressman will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring press operations, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting press issues, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the pre-press and design teams to meet production deadlines. Work Monday-Thursday 6am – 4:30pm with OT available on Friday. Qualifications Experience with Printing and operating Printing Presses Knowledge of Quality Control procedures Skills in Print Design and Pre-press processes Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot press issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology is a plus Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial Salary info: $32 – $40 / hr
