Job Description
Pressman 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Macedon, NY 14502 Overview We are seeking an experienced Offset Pressman to join our growing manufacturing team in Macedon, NY. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multi-color offset presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain offset printing presses (multi-color, with coater and perfecting capabilities) Set up jobs according to specifications and production schedule Monitor press runs for consistent quality and troubleshoot any issues Perform routine maintenance to ensure press performance and longevity Collaborate with pre-press, design, and finishing departments to meet deadlines Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, efficient work area
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating offset presses (preferably Heidelberg) Strong understanding of print production and press mechanics Knowledge of quality control procedures and color accuracy Ability to troubleshoot press issues quickly and effectively Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training a plus Manufacturing experience preferred
Preferred Experience:
