• PrideStaff Greenville is seeking a skilled and reliable Flexo Print Operator on behalf of our client in Spartanburg / Inman area.

We are searching for a dependable & knowledgeable Flexo Print Operator who will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a flexographic printing press. They will ensure high-quality print production according to client specifications, monitoring color consistency, and troubleshooting any printing issues.
Flexo Print Operator Responsibilities include:
Maintaining maximum productivity while achieving the required roll quality and color match off the press
Operate and are directly responsible for the operation of the press and its productivity
Commitment to safety and quality
Follow all safety and quality policies

Flexo Print Operator Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience working on a printing press, a strong commitment to working safe, good communication skills, a demonstrated ability to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read production schedule, work order, and work procedures in English
Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of resins and additives
Ability to train new associates
Ability to be the lead on three production lines supervising three packers
Commitment to quality work
Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to understand and perform all lower position job duties within the Plant
Ability to lift and move, push or pull up to 50lbs often and up to 100lbs occasionally; navigate stairs; climb ladders; stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions and around heavy/moving equipment
General mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills
Possess attention to detail
Self-starter, with the ability to work independently and as a team member
Must be able to read tape measure
