The role involves assisting operators with changeovers, troubleshooting print issues, and ensuring high-quality output for glass container printing. Key Responsibilities Operate and optimize multicolor servo-driven screen-printing presses (Kammann K-15 and Fermac). Perform efficient setup and changeovers to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve print-related issues to maintain quality and productivity. Work with thermoplastic and UV inks to achieve consistent, high-quality results. Ensure precise application of Applied Ceramic Labeling (ACL) on spirits bottles and other glass containers. Train and support press operators to improve performance and process adherence. Qualifications Proven experience with Kammann K-15 press setup and operation. Expertise in Fermac press operation . Strong knowledge of thermoplastic and UV inks in screen printing. Extensive experience in screen printing on glass containers , particularly spirits bottles. Exceptional troubleshooting skills to address print quality and equipment issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and support press operators. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Applied Ceramic Labeling (ACL) processes. Experience in optimizing container printing workflows for efficiency and quality. Knowledge of servo-driven press maintenance and calibration. Experience creating tooling for presses.
