• We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Technician to help craft the essential components of our specialized ambulances. This role involves working on modular boxes where precision and craftsmanship matter—whether sanding, grinding, or applying specialty body fillers, your work will directly contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality emergency vehicles.

• Key Responsibilities:

Sanding & Preparation:

• + Sand and prepare modular boxes with precision using manual hand-held grinders. + Ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for further processing. +

• Body Repair & Finishing:

• + Apply bondo (body filler) accurately to areas requiring a smooth finish. + Grind welds to perfection, ensuring all seams meet quality standards. +

• Technical Assembly:

• + Read and interpret schematic diagrams, blueprints, and assembly guidelines. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. +

• Quality Assurance:

• + Maintain meticulous attention to detail in every task. + Uphold high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. +

• Team Collaboration:

• + Work closely with production and assembly teams to maintain a streamlined workflow. + Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance our production quality.

Compensation:

• + $18 – $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and interview performance. +

• Employment Type:

• + Day shift position with a 3-month Conditional Temporary Hire period, transitioning into permanent status. + Even after transitioning, you’ll enjoy the benefit of weekly pay.

• The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
