This position reports to the Fabricator III.
Responsibilities:
Move materials and operate machines (crane, forklift, press brakes, lasers, saws, robots). Read blueprints and follow instructions to create products. Use hand tools (drills, grinders, tape measures) for measuring and cutting materials. Prep materials (grind, deburr). Perform machine maintenance and quality checks. Rework or repair products as needed. Keep the work area clean and safe. Follow company policies and safety guidelines. Complete paperwork and tasks on time. Be available for overtime when needed. Work with Quality Department to ensure products meet specifications.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred). 1-3 years of manufacturing experience. Good mechanical skills. Able to read work instructions and perform basic math. Able to use tools like tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Basic computer skills. Self-motivated and a team player. Able to lift 50 pounds (with accommodations). Able to stand, crawl, squat, and climb for long periods. Must pass a background check and drug test.
