Job Description:

Location:

Columbiana, OH Position Type:

Full-time, Swing or 2nd

Shift Available Training:

All new hires will complete 3-4 weeks oftraining on 1st

Shift Overtime:

May be required, includingoccasional

Saturdays Compensation:

Starting Pay:

$14.50/hour

PayIncrease:

$15.00/hour after 6 months, based on performance andproduction rates

Shift Differential:

$1.50/hour for 2nd shift

KeyResponsibilities:

Perform manual assembly tasks accurately andefficiently Operate powered forming and drilling/tapping machines(manual and automatic) Replace tools (drills/taps) as needed tomaintain production standards Ensure finished products meet qualityand packing standards Strong attention to detail and commitment tosafety and quality Regularly lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
