- Identifying and matching materials for specific crates and using appropriate packing materials like foam, strapping, and sealing materials. +

Packing and Bracing:
- Securely bracing and protecting items within the crate. +

Paperwork:
- Completing necessary paperwork processes related to crate construction. +

Training:
- Potentially instructing and training new builders. +

Safety:
- Ensuring a safe working environment and following safety procedures. +

Quality Control:
- Inspecting assembled crates and identifying any issues.

Pay Details:
