AllCore360 is seeking a dedicated Assembly & Installation Technician I to join our team in Harpersville, Alabama. This entry-level, full-time position offers hands-on experience in assembling and installing our innovative core training machines, contributing to the health and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Perform quality testing and inspections on AllCore360 machines following standardized shop processes. Assemble and install machines using manufacturing and warehouse tools and equipment. Read and interpret simple shop drawings to guide assembly processes. Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures and quality checks. Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during assembly. Communicate professionally with team members and clients, ensuring clear understanding of installation procedures. Safely and efficiently operate AllCore360 delivery vehicles for machine installations. Travel approximately 25% of the time for on-site installations and client support. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Mechanical inclination with problem-solving skills. Attention to detail in assembly and quality assurance processes. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and operating tools. Proficiency in reading shop drawings and maintaining records. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Strong reading comprehension and communication abilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint), as well as the Google Suite of Services (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Presentation). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in assembly or installation roles. Familiarity with manufacturing and warehouse tools and equipment. Experience in operating delivery vehicles for equipment transportation. Working Conditions Full-time, on-site position based in Harpersville, AL. Standard working hours with occasional overtime during travel periods. Physical labor involving the use of manufacturing tools and equipment.
