Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed Responsibilities Hang/remove parts from conveyor or racks for painting Operate prep equipment including washers, ovens, spray booths, and masking tools Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and surface quality; make adjustments as needed Work with team members or supervisors to troubleshoot issues and maintain line flow

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in paint operations, finish lines, or manufacturing preferred Ability to lift and hang parts (often up to 50 lbs) Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Comfortable working in shifts (including evenings/overnights) Materials handling techniques for efficient movement of products. Machining processes for creating precise components. Industrial painting methods for finishing products.
