$27/hour + 5% annual bonus + full benefits package A global medical device manufacturer is hiring multiple Assembly Technicians to support its fast-paced and high-precision production facility in Southington, CT . These positions are ideal for mechanically inclined individuals with hands-on troubleshooting skills who want to work with automated and semi-automated assembly equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Shift 1: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM

• 3:15 PM Shift 2: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM
• 11:15 PM Shift 3: Sunday-Thursday, 10:45 PM
• 7:15 AM Shift 4: Thursday/Friday, 10:45 PM
• 7:15 AM; Saturday/Sunday, 6:45 PM
• 7:15 AM Shift 5: Saturday/Sunday, 6:45 AM
• 7:15 PM; Monday/Tuesday, 6:45 AM
• 3:15

PM Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain automated and semi-automated machinery. Perform mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting. Complete equipment setups, changeovers, and diagnostics. Conduct preventive maintenance and quality checks. Maintain traceability and production efficiency documentation. Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement. Adhere to cleanroom, safety, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred). 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. Basic mechanical and . Ability to lift 35 lbs. and push/pull up to 80 lbs. Willingness to work a fixed, full-time shift.

Preferred:

Familiarity with automated systems, motor control, and pneumatics. Experience in medical devices or other regulated manufacturing environments.
