Assembly Technician Position Available In Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Job Description:

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technicians to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and parts into finished products according to established procedures and quality standards.

Schedule:

1st shift available

Location :

Hartford area Pay rate : $17-20/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Assemble parts accurately and efficiently using hand tools and power tools. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform quality checks and tests to verify product functionality. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Assist in inventory management by reporting shortages or damaged materials.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus. Proven experience as an assembler or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
