PM Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cable Assembler to join our team in Windsor Locks, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, routing, and installing electrical cables and harnesses according to specifications and engineering drawings. This is a full-time, first-shift position with steady hours and a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires and cables Assemble cable harnesses using hand and power tools Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with production standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in cable assembly or a similar manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions Manual dexterity and attention to detail Basic knowledge of hand tools and soldering techniques a plus Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
