Responsibilities of the Foam Shop Assembly Assemble foam parts and products according to specifications, work orders, or blueprints Cut, shape, glue, and fit foam materials using various hand tools and equipment Inspect products for defects, ensuring quality standards are met Measure and mark materials for cutting or assembly Maintain a clean and organized work area Operate machinery such as foam saws, hot wire cutters, and presses Adhere to safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Assist with inventory counts and tracking material usage Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production goals Requirements of the Foam Shop Assembly High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is a plus Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams Basic math and measurement skills Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Exposure to foam dust and adhesives Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Compensation/Benefits for the
