Spherion of Connecticut currently hiring for an Assembly position with a focus on metal materials. This is a hands-on, entry-to-mid-level role that requires good attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a good work ethic. If you’ve worked with hand tools, blueprints, or in a metal shop before, that’s a plus-but we’re willing to train the right person. Responsibilities:

Assemble metal parts using tools, fixtures, and templates
Solder components to customer specification and drawings
Rework products
Inspect and verify part quality and fit
Follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders
Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety guidelines
Assist team members as needed to meet production goals Working hours: 7:00 AM

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
