Assembler- 2nd Shift Position Available In Western Connecticut Planning Region, Connecticut

Job Description:

Nesco Resource is looking for experienced 1st Shift Assemblersin Danbury, CT. This position is a temp coverage position thatcould become a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate.

Schedule is as follows: Monday- Friday, 3:30PM-12AM.

Pay:

$20.64/

Hour Job Description:

The assembler’s responsibilities areto support the production team and assembly departments in ensureefficiencies of all processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Complete allassembly tasks as assigned. Working on complex assembly operations.

Complete any special assembly tasks as assigned. Complete anynecessary rework assembly. Ensure accurate picking of parts for theoutbound orders. Package sub components and finished productsaccording to production order. Inspect instructions as well asdrawings. Mount sub component items. Must be able to work wellwithin a team environment. Complete computer or administrativeduties as assigned. Coordinate arrangements for shipping. Completeall other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Previous assemblyexperience. Must have HS Diploma or GED. Must have basic softwareskills (SAP, Printing labels, Custom Software) Must have mechanicalability. Strong time management skills and must be able tomulti-task. Must be able to work under strict deadlines. Excellentattention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Must havegood hand-eye coordination. Operate manufacturing equipment andsimple electronic test equipment. Must be responsible and reliable.
