Production Assembler – Electrical Focus 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Alachua, FL 32615 Premier manufacturer in Alachua, FL is currently looking for 2 qualified Electrical Assemblers. Electrical Assemblers will complete subassemblies and rigs using hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment. Performs a variety of specialized assembly operations including electrical, welding or mechanical. Duties will include but are not limited to: Assembles components using power and hand tools Ensures correct fit and sub-assemblies Checks product specifications to determine required assembly Checks storage bins for adequate supplies and notifies warehouse if there is a shortage Resolves assembly problems or reports to Team Lead for assistance Maintains a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies Position will work 6:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday. Candidates must be available for regular overtime depending upon business needs. Requirements Must have at least 1 years manufacturing and assembly experience (electrical assembly, heavy industrial assembly) Welding and Forklift experience preferred Must be capable of standing up to 12 hours per day, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds Candidates will submit to background checks and drug screening
