Assemblers assist with the overall production of Arnott’s air suspension products. Some workers are responsible for the disassembly of materials to be refurbished and assembled into materials, installation units, or product, while others focus on the assembly of the finished product, or prepare materials for production. Requirements High School diploma and three months manufacturing experience; or equivalent education and/or similar experience is preferred.

Strong process orientation:

Detail oriented, ability to read, analyze and interpret blueprints, diagrams, equipment operating procedures or similar materials such as safety rules that have been provided by the supplier in English is required. Excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties. Must be familiar with assembly and measuring tools and be able to perform simple shop math. Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
