Position Overview:

Dayton-Granger, Inc. is looking for a reliable, hands-on assembler to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full-time, first-shift position (6:00 or 7:00 AM start time) with steady hours, great benefits after 90 days, and long-term stability. You’ll help assemble small parts used in aerospace products like our dischargers—no aerospace experience needed. If you’ve worked with tools before, followed work instructions, or have a background in mechanical or production assembly, we’d love to meet you. Key Responsibilities:

Assemble small parts according to blueprints and detailed work instructions Use tools, jigs, and fixtures to handle and assemble components Operate ovens and work with adhesives, epoxies, and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines Support a team-oriented environment by cross-training and assisting in other production areas as needed Demonstrate company values through consistent, high-quality work Perform additional tasks assigned by management Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the

Facility Engineer/Safety Director Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for tool and equipment use Willingness and ability to learn new procedures and processes Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
