The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Duties Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate fabrication processes. Operate various fabrication tools and machinery, including saws, drills, and welding equipment. Utilize an ohmmeter for testing electrical components and ensuring proper functionality. Assemble components accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Receive and inspect product from suppliers and clients Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall productivity. Requirements Proven experience in fabrication or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using an ohmmeter is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to read and understand technical documents and schematics. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production needs.
