Monday – Friday (First shift)
Pay Rate:
$16 – $17 /HR DOE

Fort Myers, FL Experience:
8+ months
Job Responsibilities:
Perform assembly tasks according to specified procedures and quality standards
Inspect components and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications
Report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Skills Required:
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
