Chemical Kit Assembler Position Available In Lee, Florida

Job Summary:

Chemical Kit Assembler We have an open position for a Chemical Kit Assembler in a lab production setting. This is for a growing company here in South Ft Myers. Process and fill chemistry products into bottles on conveyance lines and kit into boxes and bags. Gather various chemistry products to complete kits into final assemblies. Operate automated and manual fill equipment and sealing equipment as needed to process orders. Label and finalize assemblies and kits into finished goods products. Also requires the use of simple hand tools, power tools, or special assembly tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Work as a team member on a chemistry production line Fill chemistry products into bottles Kit chemistry products into finished good assemblies Safety & Quality standards MUST be always followed Must be activate participant in offering suggestions on safety improvements Contribute fully to continuous improvement initiatives and Quick Kaizens Handles, installs, positions, and moves materials, and manipulates parts and/or equipment Follow and adhere to work instructions precisely Duties will include assembling products in other areas of the production floor as required by business needs Identify and record any problems related to the product, process, and quality system Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels Keep work areas organized and clean

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel whether individually or in a team environment, and especially must be able to interface and communicate with line operators MUST be able to work overtime when needed Good hand-eye coordination Ensure company policies and safety policies are followed Work shift will require early morning start and/or overtime as required.
