Job Description
Located in Ft Myers, FL Job Summary Heavy Equipment Ready Make Tech We are looking for a mechanical person who can assist in putting the final parts on heavy equipment machinery. This would be putting on such things as buckets on front loaders and back hoes, putting on tires, or anything that is the final step of assembly of the new machines. Someone with a mechanical background would be great for this position. MUST have your own basic mechanical tools or able to get them to perform this job. This company has great benefits when hired on! Some Saturdays may be required when needed. Here are a few of the duties that are but not limited to the job: Selecting the appropriate tools and equipment needed for assembly, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, power drills, and hoists. Assembling various components of heavy equipment according to specifications, using hand tools and power tools. Inspecting parts for defects or damage before assembly and reporting any issues to supervisors. Ensuring that all components are assembled correctly and securely to meet safety and quality standards. Performing adjustments, repairs, or replacements of parts as needed during the assembly process. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including storing tools and equipment properly. Following safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during assembly operations.
