Assembler Technician Active Staffing Services Miami, FL 33169 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. . The ideal candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and able to follow instructions, adapt quickly to learning different products , and perform tasks with consistency and care. This position involves assembling, bagging, and labeling products while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble products with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Package, bag, and label items according to company specifications Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area Perform routine checks during and after assembly to ensure all products meet established quality and safety standards Keep accurate count of inventory and report any inconsistencies or defective components to the supervisor. Assist in warehouse operations (picking and packing orders) during peak times or when understaffed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – must be able to communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable sitting for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when assisting in the warehouse Previous production / warehouse experience is beneficial!
