In this position, the Engineering Technician may be required to: Disassemble, clean, repair, re-assemble, and test Aircraft Sub-Components in accordance with OEM and FAA approved data
Record and analyze data, make calculations and estimates, and report findings to the Engineering Department
Requirements
Must be attentive to details
Must be able to read, understand and interpret Component Maintenance Manuals and Repair Specifications / Engineering Orders.
Ability to read and interpret technical data including but not limited to blueprints, schematics, diagrams, etc.
Proficient in the use of dimensional tools
A&P Certification a plus but not required
