Minimum Qualifications:
•
Experience:
5+ years of electronics assembly experience preferably in a research and development setting •
Knowledge:
Knowledge of assembly techniques and recommend process improvements •
Skills/Abilities:
Experience with wire harness assembly and print/schematic reading; Necessary communication skills to interact effectively with technicians, engineers, and other non-manufacturing personnel; Ability to read process and assembly drawings, quality improvement process; Ability to Crimp/Wire/Term Solder; Ability to follow Repair/Rework Procedures •
Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate in Soldering / Desoldering; Certificate in Circuit Board Modification •
Eligibility Requirement:
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
