Job Description:

Performs a variety of tasks ranging fromrepetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations onelectronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such asmodules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works fromdiagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/orpower tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work inprocess and completed. May conduct quality inspections onprocessing line in accordance with quality specifications. Maydisassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental orprototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specificationsand under simulated conditions.

Job Requirements:

Must have 2 yearsprevious experience as an assembler in a manufacturing setting.

Must be proficient with hand tools and have experience workingswith an interpreting mechanical engineering drawings.
