$15•$17.50 per hour (based on experience) Are you a recent graduate of an Avionics program looking to kick-start your career? This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the aerospace industry! We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Avionics Assembler to join our team. You’ll work in a clean, professional shop environment alongside experienced technicians, helping to build and assemble aerospace-grade wire harnesses and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow all shop procedures for part handling and documentation of work performed. Operate wire stamping machines and accurately track wire quantities used. Perform basic wire harness assembly, including stripping and crimping wires. Install connectors and pin wires according to wiring diagrams and schematics. Interpret and work from production instructions, wire lists, diagrams, and verbal instructions. Route and layout wires based on customer-provided wiring diagrams. Use small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers. Record and document job times and work performed on Work Orders. Ensure all work meets
ISO9001/AS9100
quality standards.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate of an Avionics or related technical training program. Basic understanding of wiring diagrams and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
