Assembler Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Assembler in a fast-paced production environment! You’ll engage in continuous production activities, ensuring high-quality output within time constraints. This role requires mechanical assembly aptitude, excellent eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to use both hands and arms repetitively with a full range of motion. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities:

Utilize material handling equipment, hand tools, and air-impact tools like screwdrivers and wrenches. Perform basic and precision subassemblies at various stages of the assembly process. Conduct visual and mechanical inspections using gauges and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and resistance meters. Pack finished products into cardboard boxes.

Essential Skills:

Experience with hand and power tools. Previous assembly experience. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to follow standard work procedures and written instructions. Proficiency in performing basic and precise subassemblies. Skilled in using air-impact tools and other hand-held tools. Basic math skills. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Candidates with electrical or mechanical trade school education are highly encouraged to apply. Why Work Here?
