M-F 4:30 pm- 1 am plus

OT Pay Rate:

$20/hr plus a 10% shift differential

Your work will involve continuous assembly and sub-assembly in a fast-paced environment, where meeting production goals within set timeframes is key. This role demands strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional eye-hand coordination, and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Operating basic material handling equipment and using hand and air-impact tools like screwdrivers and wrenches.
• Performing both standard and precision subassemblies at various stages of the assembly process.
• Conducting visual and mechanical inspections using simple gauges and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and resistance meters.
• Carefully packing finished products into cardboard boxes for shipment.

What You’ll Bring to the

Team:

• Ability to accurately follow written instructions and established procedures.
• Proficiency in performing basic and precise subassemblies.
• Comfort and skill in using air-impact and other hand-held tools.
• Basic math skills.
• A strong mechanical inclination.
• Prior assembly experience is a plus.
• Candidates with an electrical or mechanical trade school background are encouraged to apply.

Role:

Standing:

You’ll primarily stand, with occasional walking and sitting.

Lifting & Carrying:

Frequent lifting and occasional carrying of items weighing 1 to 35 lbs.

Walking:

Occasional short-distance walking (under 1/8 mile).

Pushing & Pulling:

Occasional pushing and pulling of assemblies and containers weighing 10 to 35 lbs.

Bending:

Occasional bending for various tasks.

Reaching:

Frequent reaching to move parts between your workspace and skids.

Handling:
