The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and a keen eye for detail. This role is essential in ensuring precision and quality in our manufacturing processes. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineering and production teams to produce high-quality components while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations. Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Conduct quality checks on finished products using measuring tools. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of CNC machinery, including setup, operation, and maintenance. Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments is essential.
