English Job Description:
+ Apply coatings to circuit boards and assemblies for protection. + Read and interpret prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios to ensure accurate application. + Operate various dispensing and PVA coating machines to meet customer specifications. + Mask and tape designated areas to prevent unwanted coating application. + Inspect assemblies to ensure uniform coating coverage and make necessary touch-ups. + Maintain and clean coating machines, including fluid changes, mixer replacements, and general upkeep. + Remove excess coating and manually touch up areas missed by the coating machine. + Transport circuit board racks to different manufacturing stations. + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards through proper chemical handling and workplace housekeeping. + Perform encapsulation (protective enclosure) of discrete assemblies. + Replenish chemicals, solvents, and process fluids as needed, including dispensing into secondary containers. + Apply potting, bonding, lubricants, spray coats, or insulated tape as required. + Retrieve and transport tools, materials, and products within the facility and from local suppliers. + Complete training courses specific to coating, encapsulation, and safety procedures. + Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support production demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar trade or coating/encapsulation role. + Experience with detailed spray-painting techniques is preferred. + Ability to read and interpret technical prints and specifications. + Strong computer literacy for documentation and machine operation. + Knowledge of various coating materials and their applications. + High attention to detail and ability to perform precision touch-ups. + Positive attitude, dependability, and a commitment to quality.
Work Environment:
+ Hands-on role in a manufacturing setting with exposure to chemicals and solvents. + Requires standing, lifting, and manual dexterity for detailed tasks. + Must adhere to safety guidelines and proper handling of materials.
