The ideal candidate will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of fiberglass components, ensuring high-quality standards and precision in every project. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and assemble fiberglass materials according to specifications and technical drawings. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions and tolerances. Operate forklifts and cranes safely to transport materials within the facility. Perform basic math calculations for material measurements and quantities. Fabricate components by cutting, shaping, and laminating fiberglass materials. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a Fiberglass Laminator or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with welding techniques, auto body repair, or machining is a plus. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and cranes safely. Strong understanding of basic math principles for measurements and calculations. Experience with precision measuring instruments is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
