We are seeking skilled individuals for the role of Shipping & Receiving/Assembler, primarily focused on kitting, shipping and receiving tasks, and occasionally performing mechanical assembly. Responsibilities Read and interpret tape measures accurately Utilize common hand tools and power tools effectively Perform kitting operations Handle shipping and receiving tasks Follow blueprints and schematics Operate machinery as needed Ensure quality control and adhere to safety standards Perform mechanical assembly tasks as required Essential Skills Proficiency in using hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Experience with kitting Experience with shipping and receiving Familiarity with machine operation Ability to read tape measures accurately Experience with mechanical assembly Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in light machine operation from a production or manufacturing floor is a plus Why Work Here? Work Environment:

Work in a non-temp controlled indoor production facility. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime required after 3:30 pm or on Saturday mornings. The facility manufactures high-end aluminum boat lifts. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.00/hr.
