The ideal candidate will have a high mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with precision tools.

Key qualifications include:

Experience with IPC 610 or 620, or

IPC J-STD-001

standards. Manufacturing experience is preferred, but high aptitude in mechanical tasks will also be considered. Proficiency in using hand tools to strip, crimp, and assemble copper and coaxial wires. Ability to follow processes and read and understand print instructions. Experience with cable harness assembly is a plus. Candidates must demonstrate a growth mindset and a willingness to learn. The role requires following written instructions to build cable harnesses efficiently and accurately. Additional Information Shift hours are Monday to Thursday, 5 AM – 3:30 PM EST, with overtime available on weekends. Candidates must take and pass a medical exam as outlined in the supplier guide. Proficiency in reading and writing is required.
