The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet making, carpentry, or related fields and be a self-starter who takes pride in their work. Effective communication is critical to this role to ensure clear understanding and execution of instructions.
Responsibilities:
Assemble cabinets according to written and verbal instructions. Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to ensure accurate builds. Inspect materials for damage or missing components and verify units match paperwork. Perform quality control checks prior to loading finished cabinets. Prepare, pull, and load orders onto trucks, including 26-foot box trucks. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the warehouse is tidy. Follow safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Cabinet-making experience or carpentry skills required. Valid driver’s license; ability to drive is a plus. Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks. Fluent in English to communicate effectively with team members and follow instructions. Bilingual skills are a plus. Attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and initiative. Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical.
