JOB SUMMARY
As a Cabinet Assembler you will be responsible for constructing cabinets at the assembly station, ensuring each product meets quality standards and specifications. This role requires focus, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions to efficiently build cabinets from components. Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Assemble cabinets at the designated assembly table, following blueprints, diagrams, and work orders. Inspect and verify components and parts before assembly Use hand tools and power tools to join parts accurately and securely Ensure all assembled cabinets meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals Report any assembly issues or defects to supervisors Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required Regular and reliable attendance
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
