Increased Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Efforts Essential Duties & Functions Precisely assemble CO2 laser systems and components according to established specifications, ensuring each unit meets quality standards. Conduct local on-site installations, troubleshooting, and technical assessments when necessary. Perform rigorous testing and calibration procedures on CO2 laser systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Identify & resolve technical issues or malfunctions, applying problem-solving skills to maintain production efficiency. Regularly maintain and production equipment to ensure it operates at peak efficiency and safety. Maintain accurate records of assembly & testing processes, providing documentation for quality assurance & future reference. Collaborate with colleagues & supervisors to identify areas for process improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the production process. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products. Enforce and adhere to safety and compliance protocols for laser systems, ensuring a secure and compliant working environment. Establish and continually update a comprehensive knowledge of the CO2 and FM Machines, encompassing safety protocols, maintenance procedures, operational intricacies, and software functionality. Work collaboratively with fellow production technicians and team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive working environment. Update client profiles and orders within the CRM system, providing necessary information and updates. Provide feedback and reports to supervisors regarding production progress and any issues or challenges encountered. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience and address client requirements effectively. Possess the capability to identify machinery problems and devise innovative solutions for their resolution. Stay updated on the latest developments in laser technology and industry trends to enhance technical expertise. Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and used in accordance with safety protocols. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure and compliant working environment. Uphold quality standards in mechanical design & manufacturing processes to deliver reliable & high-performance laser systems. Adhere to company policies and procedures while respecting customer privacy and data protection regulations. Other unexpected or unplanned duties as requested, assigned, or directed.
