Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Scientist to join the Microscopy and Spectroscopy Lab (MSL) team within the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MS&T) group. This role is critical in supporting cell therapy manufacturing through the physical and chemical characterization of materials and the forensic investigation of unknown substances and defective components. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in advanced analytical techniques and a problem-solving mindset to ensure product quality and process reliability.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Lead Assembler to fill in for our permanent Lead Assembler who is currently on leave. While this is a contract role, we are looking for a candidate who could be a strong long-term fit should a permanent opportunity arise. This is an internal promotion position and marks the first time we are seeking external talent for this leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily assembly operations and provide hands-on leadership to the team Ensure production goals and deadlines are met efficiently and accurately Serve as the main point of contact between the assembly team and upper management Provide training, mentorship, and supervision to team members Maintain quality control and safety standards in line with company procedures

Requirements:
